Timothy Michael Orange

I felt Mr. Orange understood me and put my case first. I learned a valuable lesson. He didn’t provide a preview of correspondence regarding my case which included a financial damage request that was not what we agreed to or discussed. This was only discovered after he had acted on my behalf. I pai...d for a consult and a retainer. Contractually was not to pay both but the consult was supposed to be deducted from the retainer. It was not and the balance was overpaid by following his direction. He suddenly departed from the firm and I was notified there were no records of my payments or case. The payments were not properly allocated by Mr. Orange with the firm even though he stated he would return the funds. This has not happened. I am highly disappointed and feel he revictimized by someone my family and I trusted. I am a smart person and trusted him because of his connection to a trusted source. Mr. Orange did open his own firm, but I cannot in good conscience recommend him due to my experience. If the funds are ever returned I will update my review.
