As a father, I knew I needed a strong attorney to represent me who cares about fathers being their kids lives. From the moment I spoke to Tim, I was extremely comfortable and at ease with him. He showed me that he truly cares about his clients and ensuring that good parents get as much time with thei...r children as possible. He never talked down to me and was very human with me. He is vastly different than most attorneys. He beats to his own identity rather than falling in line with what the profession wants him to be. He was available, literally at midnight sometimes, for my needs. He bills flat rates and was even willing to work with me since I don’t exactly have thousands of dollars just laying around to spend on legal fees. I cannot recommend him enough and will continue to tell everyone to use him. Trust me, you cannot go wrong.
