PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION
My experience with Mr. Hall was a complete nightmare. Mr. Hall took my retainer and didn't perform. I made several calls to his office which Mr. Hall neither accepted nor returned. Mr. Hall did not visit with me and eventually abandoned me in the middle of my case.
