Alicia Bennett Lanier

I was referred to Alicia through a colleague regarding a case I felt was not only foolishly charged, but a cause of great harm (financially, employment-wise, perception in the community, etc). Alicia may not be the “best” when it comes to calling back, but I’ll give a short story that shows Alicia's ...true compassion. Prior to my DUI case being heard, I had a very minor fender bender late one evening. The paperwork for my driving was not on my person. Anxiety-ridden, I called Alicia. She answered! She offered to speak with the police, though the officer stated it wasn’t necessary. All was ok. Here is my testament to Alicia, as a person. She contacted me the following day. I’d not contacted her to call me back for any reason, so why was I getting a call from her!!? I braced myself for bad news and she said “I was just calling to check on you and make certain everything was worked out last night.” Need I say more? *I was not charged for her call to me, nor mine to her.*
