1)SHE IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and awkward in the courtroom. 2)SHE DOES NOT properly prepare for your case and will certainly "wing it." 3)SHE DOESN'T seem to like her job. 4)SHE DOESN'T know how to diferenciarte between a DIRECT examination and a CROSS examination. 5)SHE DEFINITELY WILL accept y...our case then VANISH COMPLETELY. 6)SHE IS EASILY BULLIED and INTIMIDATED by opposing attorneys 7)I HAVE SPOKEN TO OTHER highly respected law firms after dealing with her and they specifically stated that they knew of her and that "she should NOT BE OUT HERE TAKING CASES BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHE'S DOING."

I was recommended to HAYES from a family friend who knew her personally and my god me nor the family friend can get in contact with her and it has been several weeks about to become months!! I hired Amy to do mine and my husband’s will. I had a few questions before my husband passed and never received a call back. My husband passed in September of last year. Have tried reaching out multiple times since then and not received one call back. Even reached out to my niece who is one of he...r friends and still nothing. I agree if you want to hire someone only to be ghosted she is the lawyer for you. If you want a lawyer that will actually work for you then I would choose anyone other than this one.

I heard Amy Hayes because she was actually a friend of mine from school and I heard she was actually a good lawyer. Went to court several times where she showed up late or did not show up she would not return my phone calls or my messages and she made me plead to a deal that I didn't want to plea to ...and now I'm looking at going to jail because I don't think I can make all these probation payments and funds and fees and these unnecessary classes that I'm having to take and community service.
