I hired Amy to do mine and my husband’s will. I had a few questions before my husband passed and never received a call back. My husband passed in September of last year. Have tried reaching out multiple times since then and not received one call back. Even reached out to my niece who is one of he...r friends and still nothing. I agree if you want to hire someone only to be ghosted she is the lawyer for you. If you want a lawyer that will actually work for you then I would choose anyone other than this one.

I heard Amy Hayes because she was actually a friend of mine from school and I heard she was actually a good lawyer. Went to court several times where she showed up late or did not show up she would not return my phone calls or my messages and she made me plead to a deal that I didn't want to plea to ...and now I'm looking at going to jail because I don't think I can make all these probation payments and funds and fees and these unnecessary classes that I'm having to take and community service.

I hired her and thought she was good convinced my daughter to hire too $3000 from me and $2500 from my daughter i had 4 court appearances i was there Amy did not show up for any. two meetings scheduled a phone call scheduled she missed them i asked and asked for status as my wife was selling my pr...operty violation of Standing order 3 she did nothing i have lost thousands of dollars of equipment materials could be more who knows who cares Amy don’t care . i was persistent i mailed,texted called her assistant nothing then i called cell phone and that was “not ok” that was “abusive” so filed some motion and withdrew from my case and then to really teach me a lesson she withdrew from my daughter case she will find a way to keep most or all the money while me a homeless combat veteran suffering continues and my daughter about custody of her precious 9 year old and my granddaughter i really didn’t know lawyers could be so cruel and hurtful and get away with it. i will pray for her

I’ve been contacting Amy Hayes for the past 2 months everyday leaving voicemails, emailed her everything you can name she has yet to respond to anything ! I have a loved one who’s incarcerated and she’s assign to the case. The court date has been pushed back over and over and over numerous times , ev...en ALL THEY CO DEFENDANTS ARE RELEASED & they currently have a court date coming up again and guess who’s nowhere to be found ?? I’m not here to shame anyone I’m more here of disappointment imagine if it was your family member who’s being treated like this , who needs support , who have family waiting on them on the outside and etc. As a lawyer this is a disgrace you supposed to help your clients not AVOID THEM. At this point the commissioner needs to be contacted and aware of the illegal actions that are being placed cause this isn’t fair !
