Amy N. Hayes

I heard Amy Hayes because she was actually a friend of mine from school and I heard she was actually a good lawyer. Went to court several times where she showed up late or did not show up she would not return my phone calls or my messages and she made me plead to a deal that I didn't want to plea to ...and now I'm looking at going to jail because I don't think I can make all these probation payments and funds and fees and these unnecessary classes that I'm having to take and community service.

I’ve been contacting Amy Hayes for the past 2 months everyday leaving voicemails, emailed her everything you can name she has yet to respond to anything ! I have a loved one who’s incarcerated and she’s assign to the case. The court date has been pushed back over and over and over numerous times , ev...en ALL THEY CO DEFENDANTS ARE RELEASED & they currently have a court date coming up again and guess who’s nowhere to be found ?? I’m not here to shame anyone I’m more here of disappointment imagine if it was your family member who’s being treated like this , who needs support , who have family waiting on them on the outside and etc. As a lawyer this is a disgrace you supposed to help your clients not AVOID THEM. At this point the commissioner needs to be contacted and aware of the illegal actions that are being placed cause this isn’t fair !

Amy represented my son in a DUI case and she did an excellent job. She started working on his case immediately after we retained her and she was able to get him an amazing deal. She worked with the officer and the solicitor and she was able to get his charges reduced and he got no jail time and ve...ry little probation. I think she actually cared what happened to my son and his future and and she still checks in on him from time to time to see how he's doing. Amy should charge more for her services because she is worth every dime! She is truly an AMAZING attorney.
