Devastating
My experience with Guardian ad Litem Lani Skipper was devastating to my family. Despite a court order requiring her to submit written reports, she produced none. She ignored multiple abuse disclosures, not only from her own minor client (my daughter), but also from mental health professionals, DFCS, ...

Do Not Recommend
Lani Skipper served as the Guardian ad Litem (GAL) in my custody case, and I cannot in good conscience recommend her. I do not believe she acted in the best interest of my daughter, which is a fundamental responsibility of a GAL. I deeply regret agreeing to her appointment in this role and wholeheart...

Exceptional
Ms. Skipper handled my child support case with professionalism, respect and honesty. She was realistic about my situation and upfront with her opinion of the outcome. In the end, I was very pleased with her responsiveness and the dedication she put forth to my case.

Excellent legal counsel
Skipper law took the time to thoroughly answer my legal questions. Ms. Skipper was very prompt and very effective and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anybody needing legal assistance. Her patience with seemingly endless questions was commendable. I felt completely represented.

Ms. Skipper never hesitates to help a colleague with her knowledge of the law. If I was ever in need of representation, Ms. Skipper would be my top pick. She is an all around great and compassionate person."
"I endorse this lawyer. Lani is a wonderful attorney who cares about her clients. She knows how to work toward finding creative solutions in difficult cases. She also knows how to handle herself in Court. I recommend Lani to anyone."
"I have known Lani Skipper through most of my legal career from her time as Associate Judge in Juvenile Court and then on multiple cases wherein she was a guardian ad litem. I have respect for her skills as a lawyer, and as a person she is dependable and forthright. I endorse Lani with no hesitation. If I could choose more than one practice area, I would, but the avvo form does not allow me to choose more."
