I have a varied civil litigation and mediation practice located in Paulding County, GA.  I take cases in the West Georgia (Paulding, Douglas, Carroll, Haralson and Polk Counties) and Cobb County areas.  I have been practicing for 21 years and previously held the position of the County Attorney for Paulding County, Georgia.  I am also a registered Mediator and Arbitrator and I handle a wide variety of cases as a Mediator.

I am licensed to practice in the Superior Courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, the United States Federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia; the 11th Circuit Court and the Supreme Court of the United States 

In addition to practicing law, I work with several charitable organizations including children's hospitals, PTO, and literacy projects.  I am an avid University of Georgia Bulldawg fan.  I am married with a wonderful son and I enjoy spending time with family.

Exceptional
Ms. Skipper handled my child support case with professionalism, respect and honesty. She was realistic about my situation and upfront with her opinion of the outcome. In the end, I was very pleased with her responsiveness and the dedication she put forth to my case.

Lani Skipper review

Beyond Reproach!
I've had the honor of getting to know Ms. Skipper through her representation of the Paulding County Government. As a citizen who attends every BOC Meeting, where she sits with the Board, I could not be more satisfied or impressed with Ms. Skipper's professionalism and knowledge of the law. Her role as County Attorney gives me peace of mind knowing the law will be followed - something Paulding County no longer takes for granted. In addition, she is always respectful and attentive when interacting with individual citizens. Paulding County could not want for a better attorney than Noelani Skipper!

Excellent legal counsel
Skipper law took the time to thoroughly answer my legal questions. Ms. Skipper was very prompt and very effective and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anybody needing legal assistance. Her patience with seemingly endless questions was commendable. I felt completely represented.
