Respected, knowledgable, great negotiator

Bryan Villarreal is a respected and trusted litigating attorney by judges and fellow attorneys. For the high-conflict marriage I had, Bryan knew which mediators to request and got to the bottom of negotiations within a few hours of back-and-forth between me and my ex's attorney. I highly recommend Br...yan as an attorney. He is reasonably priced and will not waste his time reading every email because he knows clients will eventually summarize those emails for a quick 15-minute or less phone call once or twice a month. He understands that some people, like myself, speak more when anxious and reminds his clients to keep it simple and that judges prefer quick charts and diagrams because caseloads are high for judges. I still had to read several books on divorce and child custody, and when he taught me a new term to avoid "parental alienation," I got a book on that as well to make sure I didn't fall into that trap either. He helped me to get out of feeling trapped in a toxic marriage of 19 years and drowning in debt because my ex didn't want me going to work full-time or school full-time. Bryan ensured I had what I needed to move forward in life, finish my bachelor's degree, and have custody of my children. My ex alienated my son from me after three months of paying child support. It is a nightmare watching my son's psyche being torn in half before my eyes, my son blaming me for the divorce, blaming me for his dad drinking alcohol and wishing me dead for two months. I know judges are too busy to do anything about it. On 2/7/2024, I told my ex to come get our son who was brainwashed to believe lies. An awful example is Derek Rosa age 13 weaponized by his dad to hate his mom (Irinia Garcia) so much to the point of stabbing her to death in October 2023! Derek Rosa complained to police that he only saw his dad once every two weeks and complained about paying child support! I'm soon to be 8 classes away from my bachelor's degree in Family Science. Children need both parents, but not when one of them is dysfunctional! I hope attorneys and judges wake up to the seriousness of "parental alienation." I'm grateful that Bryan Villarreal made such a term known to me, so I can educate myself on it. I had to get a separate attorney for my QDRO so I can cash it out, Bryan kept insisting that I roll it over into an IRA. Don't bother leaving voicemails, it malfunctions.
