I am an Animal Law Advocate. I help people who own, raise, rescue, foster or care about animals. I also help those whose pet has been harmed; whether by a someone they know or a government official such as COPS SHOOTING DOGS! I am very knowledgeable about the animal advocacy process - pulling, transporting, crossposting, fostering, rescuing, and finding forever homes. I am also zealous in holding those who harm animals responsible for their actions. I am the VOICE FOR THE VOICELESS!

A corporation is a formal way to organize your business to gain rights and privileges, and to limit your personal liability. There may be tax and financial advantages to incorporation, but it can also increase your business licensing fees and decrease the amount of personal control you have in running your business. There are many legal consequences to incorporation, so it's a good idea to consult an attorney specializing in corporate law. A corporate attorney also represents shareholders unhapp

Do not retain this attorney!

I retained this attorney to help modify my child support payments per my divorce decree. I had a substantial change in my employment resulting in a drastic change of income. The law states that these payments are able to be adjusted due to this change. The first step to this process is having my for...mer spouse served by the sheriffs office. This attorney claimed to have filed the appropriate papers with the court to have the sheriff serve my former spouse. My former spouse was never served and this attorney claimed not to understand why it was taking so long. To expedite this process I asked her to hire a private individual, who would also need to be approved by the court, to serve my ex-wife. The attorney claimed to have filed the appropriate paperwork to get this person approved so my ex-wife could be served. Again, the attorney couldn't figure out why it was taking so long to get the service process accomplished. After going through this for about a year I decided to call the court to see if any paperwork was filed on my behalf per my case. The clerk at the court said no. All this time I was being lied to that paperwork was being processed and approved to get this service taken care of. When I confronted the attorney with this information she me a bogus letter containing bogus lies on why she could not represent me any longer. She also committed a conflict of interest while representing me. She also sent me a bogus invoice claiming I owed her an additional $6800. I brought this information to my current attorney who also concluded that the invoice was not even legal. I highly suggest anybody needing legal representation choose a different lawyer.

This comment is completely false and even libel. This man's girlfriend was a client of mine and when she broke up with him he placed the blame on me and even threatened to get his revenge by posting negative reviews online legal review sites. Just as I was suing him for both failure to pay legal fees and defamation he filed for bankruptcy to protect himself from multiple claims by myself and several others!

Went Above & Beyond her Scope of Duties!

Ms. Kessing is a superb attorney! Not only did she do a phenomenal job representing me she was like a friend to me too. My situation was an embarrassing and precarious one and not once did I feel That Ms. Kessing judged me, in fact she was a continuous sense of comfort. Nobody else believed in my i...nnocence, not even my own friends and family, but Ms. Kessing had faith in me the entire time. Needless to say we won my case and my freedom! I don't know what I would've done if it wasn't for Ms. Kessing believing in me. My parents wanted me to add that Ms. Kessing kept them in the loop throughout my case (I signed something saying that was ok), and that they are extremely grateful for the comfort that she provided them. When she says she gives personal service she truly means it! if I ever need an attorney again, and hopefully I will not, I will definitely be calling her.

Kerrie Kessing saved my life, TWICE... "Incrediable" best discribes the level of representation - The Best

Kerrie Kessing saved my life, TWICE!! It's true.. I have been married twice, Ms. Kessing represented me both times. I know that doesn't say much for my choice in wives, but it says everything for my choice in an attorney. When my first marriage came to an end some 15yrs ago, I was crushed. There... were no children involved at that time, but I was still just a young man with a mortgage, car payments, credit card bills, and I thought, a loving wife. Not the case. She wanted out and wanted everything I worked for to go with her. I was lost, didn't have the slightest idea on what to do. What are my rights, what are her rights, what's fair, what's legal. My world was a burl, spinning out of control. Then, I called Kerrie Kessing, who was referred to me by a friend that spoke as highly of her service as I speak now, and everything stopped spinning and became crystal clear. Her honesty, brutal honesty and knowledge of the law, answered the questions and stopped the worries. "This is how it's going to happen", she told me, and that's exactly how that divorce was settled. Kerrie Kessing projects absolute confidence, so much so, that my soon to be 1st ex-wife asked if I would agree to have Ms. Kessing represent the divorce as a whole. Protecting both parties legal rights and personal property. I agreed. With that, the divorce was swift, amicable and not financially devastating. I would soon learn, that almost never happens. Enter divorce number two. Completely different. More bills, bigger house, investments, two beautiful children and a stay at home mom who'd been out of the work force for 9yrs. She tells me on my birthday that she is unhappy, wants a divorce, the children are to be with her, then tells me to leave my house. I call Kerrie Kessing, who's phone number has been with me everyday for 15yrs. "Help", I say, "my wife is very mad at me and I don't know what to do. Do you know a marriage counselor?" Immediately, Ms. Kessing sets up an appointment at my office. At our meeting, in tears, I explain what I think is happening at home. Money's tight, I'm always working and there is a lot of tension in the house. "She's mad at me", I say again, "money's tight and she's upset she can't go shopping with her friends. I can fix this." This is the part I remember like it was yesterday, the brutal truth. Kerrie looks at me from across the conference table, sighs, then tells me, "She's cheating on you, you're upset and clueless. She will clean your clock and take your children if you decide not to follow my instruction to the letter. Remember, you are married until the judge say's your not, two wrongs don't make a right." A private investigator was hired. Ms. Kessing voluntarily postponed my paying her retainer so that vital evidence could be collected. Nobody does that, nobody except Kerrie Kessing, who put the clients case, piece of mind and the protection of my children before my financial obligation to her. To my utter dismay, Ms. Kessing was correct. What I thought was a stay at home mom was actually quite a busy women on the dating scene. That was just the start of what I didn't know. Ms. Kessing was in contact with me almost daily. Making sure my children were safe and the I was holding it together. At no time during the entire 2 yrs this divorce took to settle, was I unable to get in contact with my attorney. "Above and Beyond" does not even start to describe the level of professionalism, dedication and compassion my children and myself received. Kerrie Kessing much more then legally represented my family, she protected us. How did the case turn out you ask... exactly as Ms. Kessing said it would. Divorce is war, you want the high ground and big guns and that's what I received twice with Ms. Kessing. Saved my life! I'll tell anyone who asks the same. This review asks that you don't give your full name, but my initials are AJR and I'm from Dallas GA.
