I hired Tim, knowing of him thru a buisness friend of mine. Once hired needed money up front for a buisness matter he claims he does etc. Months after to find out nothing was done at all . I would call to check with him and he would only give me the run around. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL BEWARE BEWA...RE !!!!!!!!!!! HE HAS BEEN REPORTED SINCE

I hired Tim Boyd to represent me in case after a discussion on my case. He required a $5,0000 retainer, but gave me no receipt or anything else in writing about our agreement and go forward plans. I should have known at that point that he was not a professional - but it was too late as he cashed th...e check the same day. He did not keep his timeline commitments and I had to remind him of his own commitments several times. He did not gave me a monthly statement of my retainer status until I pretty much forced the issue by working with his staff since he would not return my calls. He did not want to give me back the remaining money from my retainer until I filed a complaint with better business. For $4,100.00, all I got was a copy of a marriage license. Do not do business with this guy - he is a snake and a disgrace to his profession.
