My name is Tommy Cuong Le, a Georgia attorney living in Gwinnett County who specializes in estate planning, business, and taxes. After graduating from law school over 10 years ago, I have been helping individuals, families and local entrepreneurs achieve their goals. Growing-up in a close-knit family and being active in the community, I understood the importance of family bond and the joy of helping others. As a child, I was determined to pursue the legal profession because I wanted to help others in the community.

Failure to plan or inadequate planning may have a detrimental impact on a family. Years ago, I lived next door to a couple in their early 40s. The husband operated a small business while the wife stayed at home with their daughter. The husband unexpectedly passed away without having an estate or business succession plan in place. Eventually, the business closed and the wife was forced to move out of their home. After seeing the struggles the family went through, I do not want anyone else to go down the same path.
