I had a fight with my wife and they charged me with simple battery. I didn't have money to hire a lawyer so I pled to it and got 12 months probation. Other lawyers I consulted with told me I was going to be deported for being convicted for a crime of violence but when I consulted with Mr Ogueri he ac...tually researched my conviction and told me my conviction was not, based on how I was charged. He got me out of jail and terminated my deportation. My family and I are forever grateful. Good guy, too.

Can anyone say deportation cancelled? Won a tough asylum case for me. In Georgia, asylum cases are only granted 4 % of the times.
