I had a fight with my wife and they charged me with simple battery. I didn't have money to hire a lawyer so I pled to it and got 12 months probation. Other lawyers I consulted with told me I was going to be deported for being convicted for a crime of violence but when I consulted with Mr Ogueri he ac...tually researched my conviction and told me my conviction was not, based on how I was charged. He got me out of jail and terminated my deportation. My family and I are forever grateful. Good guy, too.

I normally don't have time to post reviews but I really had to thank this firm for all the hard work they put in to cancel my deportation case and get me my permanent resident card.
