You definitley want Mr. Hill on your side. I hired him January 2013 to fight for custody of my granddaughter. After being told by 3 different attorneys and a former prosecutor that no judge would ever give me custody because they always want mommy to have her baby. Based on my experience, this attorney is not a litigator and is not someone who will defend you aggressively or take your case to trial. He operates primarily as a negotiator, and if your matter requires firm advocacy or courtroom representation, this is not the right choice. Communication was a m...ajor issue. Once payment was made, the office became largely unresponsive. Calls and emails often went unanswered for long periods. Interestingly, when additional payment was requested, there would be brief signs of activity or progress only for communication and momentum to disappear again shortly afterward. My case sat idle for extended periods with no clear strategy, urgency, or concern shown for my well-being or the consequences of delay. Despite paying substantial legal fees, no meaningful results were delivered. If you need an attorney who will actively manage your case, communicate consistently, and fight for your interests, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. In hindsight, I would have been better off without representation than with this attorney.

I hired Attorney Mark Hill to represent me in a legal matter, expecting that he would actively advocate for me and present my position clearly in court. My experience fell far short of those expectations: -Court Representation: During my hearing, he did not present arguments or evidence in my favo...r. Several points raised by opposing counsel were left unaddressed. -Use of Evidence: I had provided documentation and details that I believed were critical to my case, but none of that information was brought forward in court. -Communication: Throughout the process, communication was minimal. My emails and concerns often went unanswered, and I did not receive timely or clear explanations of the strategy being pursued. -Preparation and Guidance: I was not given a clear understanding of next steps, nor did I feel adequately prepared for what would happen in court. -Overall Experience: I left the hearing with the impression that my case had not been properly represented, and that the advocacy I expected was absent. Based on my direct experience, I would not hire this attorney again. I am sharing this account so that others can make a careful and informed decision before retaining him.
