I was referred to Mark Hill from an old friend who had good results from his service years back. My divorce was extremely toxic, and I was being kept away from my Son, put through the pain of a TPO, and when dismissed – she continued to engineer excuses to keep us apart. After nearly a year of m...y wife’s tactics to alienate me from our son, her endless lies and malicious actions to destroy my reputation, I had the pleasure of spending Thanksgiving night with my son – and most thankful to the Judge who ruled over our case. I now enjoy joint legal and physical custody – again most thankful to our Judge, who my lawyer – a 30 year judicial veteran, was well known too and appeared to have a strong mutual respect. Through what I can only call a living hell – Mark prevailed victorious, defeating every argument masterfully, highlighting incongruency in my wife’s statements and accusations, and bringing into question her character – making evident her deliberate efforts to inflame every situation. Mark’s closing arguments – where a precise recount of the case – with every argument and reason defeated – again bringing the one-sided attacks to light, and drilling down on the only thing that matters, what is best for my son. He reinforced all the contributions I have and will continue to make, my overwhelming advantage in circumstances and my unyielding love for my son. In the end, even my wife’s lawyer conceded that there was no doubt of my love for my boy. Mark returned my son to my love and protection – because of Mark, my son will have a chance and growing and developing as a balanced young man – and never knowing the pain of growing up estranged from his father. Mark is nothing short of a Hero in my eyes – saving my boy from the contempt of a hateful wife – and saving this late life father from the worst pain ever known – the separation from his son. The recommendation should be self- evident – Mark is a great lawyer, and great person – best decision!!

Mr. Hill is a wonderful and caring attorney. He knows the law and how to handle each case on a personal level. He was able to get my teenage son's Super Speeders Ticket dropped down to an acceptable speed, which allowed him to keep his license. He did not get any points on his license and our insu...rance company will not be notified about the infraction. He talked with my son about the importance of being a safe young driver and had him to take a defensive driving class and participate in a Teen Victim Impact Panel to further educate him about the importance of driving. I appreciate his kindness and caring manner with my son. I would highly recommend him as an attorney.
