Biography
Scott always desired to be a voice for those who needed help. This is the underlying motivation for the firm. We are making a commitment to assist those who are unable to assist themselves.
To enhance his abilities to service the needs of his clients, Scott maintains memberships and participates in a number of professional organizations such as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Georgia Trial Lawyers Associations, Workers Compensation Claimants Lawyers Assoc., State Bar of Georgia Workers' Compensation Section. Scott also was invited to speak and share his knowledge at the State Board of Workers Annual Convention in 2005, the Annual Workers Compensation Seminar in 2011, and most recently in 2016 at the State Bar of Georgia Small Firm and Solo Practitioner Annual Seminar in 2016.
Scott is happily married and has two wonderful sons. His family is an active supporter of the Childrens' Miracle Network and the March Of Dimes. Both organizations help fund medical research for the treatment and care of premature babies.

Unhappy client
I am a client of Mr. Hart and have been going thru hell to get my disbursement. When I received my check it wasn't signed. I called he wouldn't and hasn't talked to me he's having other ppl call. He lied and said it was being wired into my account didn't happen. They finally deposited into my accoun...

Great Work!
Mr. Hart represented me on my workers Compensation Claim. He got me medical treatment and disability income. In the end, he got me a very good settlement.
