I was charged with rape, armed robbery and aggravated assault. It was a dna hit from being swabbed when I went to prison. I was referred to hire Mr. Matthews. He wanted the officer to show up so that he could show out. He proved to the judge and the whole courtroom that the evidence against me was weak and there was no probable cause. His argument was strong, intelligent, and well executed, so well that the judge seen it his way and dismissed the charges before there could ever be a case. I recommend Mr. Matthews not only because he’s good at what he do but he cares, he has great integrity and he makes u believe everything will be okay if he says it. He’s a good and God loving man. Battery case against me that the CC D.A. filed additional charges (including simple battery, cruelty to children). CCPD purposefully omitted several facts in their report, including time stamped pictures during the incident. I was convicted of a dui last year . I went through hell this last year dealing with it. My po violated me for basically not doing community service fast enough. This resulted in me having jail time over my head and I was supposed do turn my self in but I fell ill and didn’t do so. Warrant Couldn't Go To Court In The Jail Because It Was Transferred Over To Superior Court By Then I've Reached Out To Mr Matthews And Gave Him On Information Not Knowing What I'm Facing My First Time Going To Court I Was Denied To See The Judge After Converting My Case W/ Mr.Matthews He Put Force An Effort An Had Me On The Calendar For A Court Date On Friday 7/28/17 When We Was Told I Couldn't Be Seen Until The 29th Of August . Mr.Matthews Being The Good Attorney That He Was He Didn't Give Up I Was In Court Friday Evening Pleading Guilty To Two Misdemeanors While All My Felony's Was Dismissed Walking Away W/ Probation . . .
