I recently had a Meth and promethazine trafficking case and Mr. Matthews was able to display the weakness in the state's evidence against me. Not only did Mr. Matthews convince the DA and the judge to reduce the trafficking to a lesser charge, but I was also able to walk away with no felony on my rec...ord, no prison time and no convictions. The state wanted 10 years prison time served but again, I was able to walk away under probation and no prison time. In addition, Mr. Matthews also had a bench warrant uplifted for me as well. I was charged with false statement , forgery 1st degree and identity fraud. Also a warrent was put out for my arrest they also suspended my license.
