Jay Harvey Morrey

I had a small claims issue that I needed an attorney for. I went to the mailbox and Mr. Morrey's advertisement was there. “Right on time!” I thought. He is diligent. We met and reviewed the claim. He is articulate, friendly, and affordable. I was not pleased with the outcome of the case. Howeve...r, it had nothing to do with Mr. Morrey's representation. Judges make decisions that are sometimes partial. This may be the case with the negative reviews on this site. Mr. Morrey is still working on righting wrong for me by a person with a parent of judicial status. I am pious.

I have never been met with an attorney quite like Jay Morrey. Seemed sympathetic and knowledgeable at first. After I signed up, I could NEVER reach him. I left so many messages. Then, he claims I was willing to settle for this really low amount. Not only did I end up with left over medicals but ...he got paid well, the doctors got paid too well, and I ended up upside down. Why bother. My insurance could have done that with none of the trouble. My case was cut and dry. It wasn't worth the frustration and the horrible tact he uses with his clients. He totally lied and said he got my consent. He needs to have his license taken.
