I needed to consult a legal issue. I was able to make an appointment within a day. He came out, led me into the special room, and seemed like the nicest person on earth. He listened to the issue at hand and gave me very good advice on how to proceed. I think he is a very good lawyer who will break d...

I hired Mr.Curtis to hire a slip and fall anf my workers comp case. I was injured on the job. I had to almost represent myself Mr.Curtis was not knowledgeable of the worker comp laws. He never investigated the case never talked to any witnesses. He never had any intention of following through with th...
My firm filed both a hearing on Robin's worker's compensation case and a separate Complaint in the State Court on the slip and fall case. Over fifty documents, two depositions, and over one thousand pages of litigation were generated and reviewed on both cases. We attended a lengthy mediation as well. Robin did not file nor prepare any legal documents in either case. Robin freely and voluntarily accepted both settlement offers made by the two carriers on the two separate claims. My firm worked on her cases for over 30 months. Robin did not want to pay me for my work after she accepted the final offers from the insurance companies. At Robin's request, two State agencies have reviewed my work and the way her cases were handled. Three different courts have reviewed my work on Robin's case as well. After another two years the Court ruled that I was entitled to my fee, in full. This is only the second time in thirty three years that I have had to go to court to collect my fee. I do wish Ms. Williams the best and I sincerely hope that she has a better experience the next time she needs legal help. In closing, I would like to state that I am an attorney in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia and have been so continuously for the past thirty three years. All of my continuing legal education has been in the practice areas of Worker's Compensation, Premises Liability and Automobile Liability.
