He gets the job done!

Working with Attorney Robinson not only opened my eyes to how flawed the court system can be, but it also taught me the importance of silence, strategy, and fighting the right way. I’ve read a lot of negative reviews about him, and honestly, none of them reflected my experience. People often forge...t that attorneys handle many cases at once, spend a great deal of time in court, and—most importantly—are human. What mattered to me is that when it counted, he showed up and fought hard. I can confidently say I’ve never had a better attorney. Every motion he pressed was the right move, and his understanding of the law is exceptional. He doesn’t just know the law—he knows how to apply it effectively and set firm expectations. As far as communication, he will get back to you. Patience is key. Trust the process, and I promise you won’t regret hiring him. His prices are more than fair—in fact, I believe he could charge more. I’m grateful for what he charged me and for the outcome he fought for. I absolutely recommend Attorney Robinson. You’ll thank me later.

Best Attorney! Beat a Felony Murder Case

Attorney Robinson is a Great attorney. He was once a prosecutor so when looking for representation for a loved one I decided to go with Attorney Robinson and that was the BEST decision I could have made! At first I thought he wasn’t giving me enough details and came to understand how he moves. He doe...sn’t give false hopes just be patient and understand that he is fighting for his victims relentlessly! He is very skilled at his job as a defense attorney having experience as a prosecutor he knows how to prepare bc he knows their strategy. He got my children’s Father home by beating a Felony Murder case with over 10 other charges. His codefendants were found guilty but because of Attorney Robinson he was found innocent!

Racial Injustice

I had the pleasure of working with an attorney who cares and fought for me. Although the criminal disposition was not what we wanted or expected, he did the best he could under the pressures of racial injustice. He kept everything transparent and encouraged me to continue to fight after I complete th...e terms and conditions of my 6 month diversion. He has inspired me to not fold under the unethical practices of legal authorities and to stand up for what's right, even if it is an uphill battle. I intend to pursue legal action to fight for my civil rights and win this war in due time. Thank you again, Mr. Robinson.

Probation violation

Attorney Robinson is a good lawyer. He presented the case with clarity so that the judge understood the reason for modification of probation. And my son got it.

Lacking in Integrity and Character

My son and I have lodged a complaint with the State Bar (CAP) against Mr. Robinson. He recently contacted me via email apologizing for the way he handled my son’s case or should I say the lack of handling my son’s case and his blatant disrespect. He agreed to refund my money and requested that I agr...ee to a payment arrangement. I agreed. Mr. Robinson missed the first payment and when I contacted him, he told me that he would pay me next month (March) after he gets more “clarity”. He stated that he’d be in contact. Bear in mind I had to contact him about the missed payment. I setup a payment arrangement that was more than doable for an attorney. I requested the same that he requested from me and my income was nothing of an attorney’s. He didn’t contact me to inform me that it would be late or that he would make the payment sometime next month. It was a struggle getting information about the case, getting return calls and getting professional behavior. He hung up on me numerous times and became angry when I would get information elsewhere. A staff member of his agreed to speak to the Bar on my son’s behalf. I have text messages and emails that were forwarded to CAP and I will be forwarding the emails where he agreed to the refund and where we discussed his payment arrangement. He made a trying time even more difficult. I have a chronic illness that was exasperated due to the constant struggle for information and just general decency. I ended up hospitalized. I am a professional who worked as a Medical Billing Manager and Office Manager for a prominent Radiation Oncologist, so I was always mindful of his time and always understood that my son was not his only client. I will be persuing fee arbitration with CAP or taking him to small claims court to get the refund he agreed to and that I deserve. I am discussing with an attorney which would be best. CAP is still looking into my complaint. I am confident that justice will be served. I worked hard to pay him and never missed a payment. He took my money and did little for my son’s case. This was confirmed by a member of his staff that tried her best to get answers for me while I was hospitalized. She saw the lack of communication and respect. I wouldn’t recommend him to a single soul. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for counsel.

Your complaint concerning my work was that I “did little.” This is untrue. I argued to get your son a bond. I attended his arraignment and other court dates. I prepared his case for trial twice. I negotiated a plea with the prosecutor. The case against your son was a very strong armed robbery. He allegedly robbed a retail establishment with several customers and was caught shortly thereafter when the stolen phones pinged. Notwithstanding the fact that I did the actual work I was supposed to do I offered to refund money to you out of sympathy and empathy. I have continued to avoid conflict. Rather than work in a conciliatory manner to try to resolve your concerns you slander and attack. The results of my work show my competency. God is my witness that I have no desire except to help those who honor me by choosing me to represent them. Your post is undeserving and without any facts. I really do sympathize with your illness but it doesn’t excuse saying things that are not true. I remain committed to bringing a conciliatory resolution of your concerns.
