I will accept your case on a contingency basis, that is there is no fee until your case is successfully tried, or successfully settled by negotiation, or by mediation. I will try you case, rather than accept a "low ball" offer for your damages, either personal injuries or your property damages.

I have a unique approach to these cases as I have personally been a workers compensation claimant a number of years ago, and can better understand the position a claimant finds his or her self presented with when they are injured on the job.
