Biography
As a veterans attorney and advocate, I specialize in helping veteran-owned small businesses maximize opportunities offered by federal government contracting programs. This includes assisting in contract drafting and negoatiions, resolving contract disputes through litigation, advising on compliance with federal procurement laws, assisting with business formation and drafting internal corporate documents.
I also provide cradle-to-grave assistance in applications for the VA's VetBiz Verification Program through the Center for Verification and Evaluation. I have spoken on this subject as a panelist with the National Veteran Small Business Coalition (NVSBC) at its national conference held in Reno; and I have also delivered a webinar on the verification process through the National Veteran-Owned Business Association (NaVOBA).
