Russell Zane Hetzel

Mr. Hetzel was referred to us by another attorney and he was very nice to talk to. It was for a criminal case in Gwinnett county. Whenever we called him or wanted to get in touch with him or his assistant, we never had a problem. He is a very patient and respectful man. He was kind enough to work out... a payment plan, which worked for us. The case ended early with a plea agreement with the prosecutors and we didn't have to pay what we agreed upon because he never went to court hearings, which was a relief.

Even though I waited 2 hrs I was very pleased with Russell Hetzel.He apologized for the wait and thanked me for my patients. I just was happy enough that they squeezed me in the very next day.Mr.Hetzel comes off immediately as deliberate, focused personality type, which I think is good.I liked the f...act that he put it right out there that I could be 100% honest from the get-go with 0% judgement . I found him easy to talk to then since he just threw it right out there. With every question he asked I felt more comfortable divulging.He has a genuine demeanor about him,he looks right at you went he speaks to or listens to you. By the time we were done I felt well informed positive, and that I had a strong person on this case.This is just what I gathered from our first meeting....so far so good.....I'll keep yall posted
