Monte Kevin Davis

I've known Monte Davis for 20 years. I've seen him in court and he is always prepared. In 2013 I found myself in a child custody dispute with my ex- and Monte was the lawyer I hired. His style was a perfect answer to my wife's Lawyer, and his representation kept me from losing my mind, and the case! ...Nobody should represent themselves- and I'm a lawyer!

Unfortunately I had 2 run ins with the police (DUI) I was stone cold guilty of it! Once pulled over after leaving a bar and once doing a u-turn at dui checkpoint. Monte got me off both times. Hell even made me think I was innocent!!! He goes after the cops and asks the hard questions. I imagine that ...cops don’t like him because he does his best to get you off to the full extent of the law. I don’t know where I would be right now if he wasn’t my attorney! Thank you

I hired Mr. Davis about a year ago, then recently came here to read the positive & negative reviews. I've hired Monte for three separate cases. Two of which were DUI charges, one of which a very bad auto accident was involved. We came out on top, the charges were reduced with only reckless driving c...harges on both! The third case is a divorce, in which that one is still going because of problems with the spouse. I will admit that sometimes he has been slow on getting back to me, but numerous other times he is spot on, & he calls back within a few minutes. I feel that it's just because he is a successful attorney, & is very busy. I can't expect him to jump at a moment's notice. Although I do expect him to be victorious, which so far, he has been! I have currently, & confidently hired him for a fourth time, regarding a felony charge. When I was arrested, & put in jail, I was out within a few hours, & back to my job, thanks to Jesus & Monte Davis! This particular case is still active, & I cannot discuss the details. But I have faith in Jesus, & that Monty Davis will do what he has done for me in the past....WIN! I will let all of you know how it turns out.

2010 arrested for 3 counts of drug charges in Hall county I spoke with many lawyers and explained my case to them ,but everyone wanted to settle. I new my rights were violated by the Manns unit and they did an unlawful search. So i did my research and found Monte Davis, He read the case and found ma...ny infractions made by the police, and we went to court . lemme say they wanted 10 yrs and did not wanna budge even on a 1st offender. Due to his remarkable cross examination, he caught the officer in many lies and cover ups. I have never heard of a lawyer fight so hard in a court room before. I would recommend him to every friend and family member. Because I know this man will do everything in his power to WIN !!!!!
