Biggest Regret

This man is a wolf in sheep clothing. He preys on families that are in need. He was hired for my brother's case. He never showed up to court. He never communicated. When he did, we were met with rude condescending comments. When he would come to court he would notify the family a couple of hours befo...re, as if he did not want us to be at court. I do not understand how this man is allowed to legally have a license.

Big liar and Rude

This lawyer is one of the worst lawyers I ever dealt with. He is very rude and arrogant. I hired him to defend my son with no success. Everytime i would call him about my son's case he would get very rude. Saying things like I work from 9-5. So would call him during those hrs with no answer or if he ...if did answer he be rude about he's in the middle a trail. So i started texting to only get the same rude and arrogant comments. When it was time to pay him, he constantly texted me anytime he felt after 5pm. He wouldn't refund my money either. People shouldn't hire him at all. Keep your money and find a better lawyer.

Dishonest lawyer

I hired him for a child support matter. After making my initial payment communication from him stopped, he never sent the contract he stated he would, nor did he do anything on my case. When I tried to have my payment refunded he got irate and upon mentioning filing a complaint he stated his billable... hours to review my case were 6 hours and that he bills at $300 per hour. That is not what was discussed when he stated his legal fees for this matter. Looking at his reviews this seems to be common. Do not hire him and if you have experienced the same issues file a complaint with the GA Bar.

Tyus deserves a lawyer who cares.

Tyus Torres specifically paid you to help with his court days, to represent him to the best of your ability. However, even though paid in advance, has not made ANY effort whatsoever to defend or even keep up tyus Torres’ case. When a service has not been provided, a refund is what’s expected. YOU... are the lawyer. YOU are the one that’s supposed to be on top of his case. That is what YOU are paid for. But YOU missed the court date. YOU have no information on tyus sentencing. YOU are not doing YOUR job as you describe you can do. Tyus needs representation by a lawyer who cares about getting him home to his family, kids, life, job, music, and future. Not in jail for a crime he didn’t commit and now has a failure to appear WHILE being in custody, The right thing to do would be to refund or actually do your job you got paid for. Monte, do the right thing.

this man is a liar. He took our money than blocked my number. I left my first complaint he email me asking you who i was and l told him and asked him a few questions. And that was months ago and he still have not respond yet. I need him to get off the case. He won't answer the phone. Very unprofessi...onal and rude

"I have worked with Monte Davis and endorse his trial advocacy skills. He and I actually tried a case together representing co-defendants in a major felony case. We spent a lot of time working together to prepare that case for trial and had great success with the jury ultimately acquitting both of our clients of the felony charges."

"I endorse this lawyer. I’ve known Monte for over 20 years. I’ve seen him in action, and he vigorously defends his clients. Sometimes, his case might get contentious because he is so vigorous in his defense, but the judges and prosecutors know that they cannot push him around. He is always very articulate and prepared."
