I heard about Monte via a current inmate in Haralson County Jail during my stay I wasn't getting any help with the court appointed lawyer and then that's when I found out about Monte. I gave him a call and I hired him on the spot. He listened and answered all of my questions. He determined the bes...t strategy for my case. He was concerned about how I was handling it. He was upfront and honest about the outcome.or potential outcome. He is simply the best. I have recommended him to anyone in trouble and in need of a good lawyer. Monte Davis don't play. Most aggressive, hostile and verbally abusive attorney i have ever dealt with! Kept reassuring me he could win my case of we just paid him more money. He never even presented the hard evidence in my favor but reassured he would do it at retrial. Lost my case because He didn't represent me well. He ye...lled at me and my mother several times and insulted and belittled us whenever we didn't understand him. Worst attorney ever! Run!!!

Mr.Davis was retained by me in a criminal case in Polk county Ga in Feb 2018.After retaining Mr.Davis He failed to file an entry on my case,wouldn't deliver a contract of our agreement as requested,and became very unresponsive to calls,emails,and text messages.Infact he would not even except the pre-...paid calls from the Polk county which wouldn't cost him a penny. My wife and family members also tried to contact Mr.Davis,and they to were unsuccessful. So with the lack of communication,and failure to produce a written contract I fired Mr.Davis and asked for a refund of the $2500 we had paid him.After several,several attempts to contact Mr.Davis He finally texted my wife that he would refund $1500,But it would be after a trial that he was having for another client.That was in March 2018,and it's now May 2018 and again he won't answer calls,messages,or communicate in any way,and still has not refunded any of our money.The one time he did answer my call from a different phone number and I questioned him about a refund I was told to stop harassing him if I didn't wanna go back to jail!!! I can't speak on his courtroom manner because I never got that far with my case,but I can speak on his lack of communication,his rude attitude,and his attempt to take your money and avoid contact with you,and or your family.I personally would not recommend this attorney to anyone..

I was referred to Monte by some really good friends of mine and man did he deliver. Not only would I hire him again I would recommend to any of my friends. Had a DUI with a ton of other charges and thought I wouldn't see the light of day for a while. After I heard Monte speak in court about my case I... knew I had made the right decision. He was there every time I had to be in court (it was a lot) and if he had another case in another county he always let me know and called the court to let them know. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome of my case. Keep in mind I have had several DUI's and this is the BEST outcome ever. No jail time, very low fine, and didn't loose my licence!! He knows the law and will do everything in his power to keep out of harms way.
