divorce took 4 years, he lies, and does nothing. Had to drop him while taking him to the bar, who also dragged their feet. He stopped practicing for a short time and, and warning, he’s back…won't even refund legal fees.

Farnham still owes me $5,000
David took my case then gave it to another who just took his bar exam. David took $21,000 from me for filing the case, took 2 depositions (the same afternoon), wrote the settlement, which was not worth the paper it was written on. I had to hire another lawyer to undo the damage that David did.. ...

Replied last November 04, 2013This matter was thoroughly reviewed by the State Bar of Georgia Fee Arbitration Board by a panel of lay citizens and lawyers and this claim was denied. I have represented thousands of clients in 27 years of practice and tried over 92 jury trials to verdict . What this client did not state in this comment was that I achieved a settlement for her exceeding $200,000.00.

I don't recommend this "Lawyer"
I recommend that you go to the courthouse in Metro Atlanta - Dekalb County, Fulton County, Henry County,.... and pull some of his cases. You will see that my case was withdrawn twice and after he was fired/'quit' he still represented me (without my knowledge) in a mediation. The other lawyers call...
