Horrible attorney; took so much money from me and completely blew past the statue of limitations, never lifted a finger on our case. Lazy, sloppy. Do your homework on this one. Search the Georgia Supreme Court website; use “Farnham” in the STYLE field not last name (his attorney shows up there, oddl...y.). He has a HUGE bunch of cases rolled into several complaints. Hope they yank his license soon. He’s bad news.

I was in a motorcycle accident when the driver of a van crossed right in front of me. I hit the van dead center. I had life support emergency treatment and severe injuries with over 300 k in medical bills. Mr Farnham won me a settlement that paid all my medical bills and put nearly a million... dollars in my pocket. I was very impressed

David took my case then gave it to another who just took his bar exam. David took $21,000 from me for filing the case, took 2 depositions (the same afternoon), wrote the settlement, which was not worth the paper it was written on. I had to hire another lawyer to undo the damage that David did.. ...I asked him over and over for itemized billing statements. I only received 2 letters saying that I gave him a retainer for $15,000 and the bill was $15,000. Nice round numbers. I sent him my 3 checks that he deposited, for $21,000. He NEVER returned the balance of $5,000. I can prove everything - his two letters admitting that he only gave me $15,000 and my 3 checks cashed by him for $21,000. Do the math!

I recommend that you go to the courthouse in Metro Atlanta - Dekalb County, Fulton County, Henry County,.... and pull some of his cases. You will see that my case was withdrawn twice and after he was fired/'quit' he still represented me (without my knowledge) in a mediation. The other lawyers call...ed the mediation in response to my case being dismissed (twice) and they wanted to be compensated for their time. I found out months after it took place by going to the court house and reviewing my own court case.
