David J. Farnham

Horrible attorney; took so much money from me and completely blew past the statue of limitations, never lifted a finger on our case. Lazy, sloppy. Do your homework on this one. Search the Georgia Supreme Court website; use “Farnham” in the STYLE field not last name (his attorney shows up there, oddl...y.). He has a HUGE bunch of cases rolled into several complaints. Hope they yank his license soon. He’s bad news.

Words can never express how grateful we are that someone referred us to David. We have known, and used David as an attorney, since 2001. He did the impossible and reunited my husband with his girls. My husbands girls had been hidden from him for 5 years, and within 2 weeks he had his first visitati...on, and we had full custody in less than a year! David knows the laws, and truly works magic in cross examination. Our family will forever be grateful for David.... for he did what no other lawyer in this area would even attempt. We "won", or left with what we wanted, after EVERY court appearance. Please keep in mind that during this process, David went against 2 other attorneys (representing the mother and her parents) AND a guardian ad litem. The entire ordeal stretched over a span of years, but David stood by our sides. One judge in Covington,GA referred to David, and I quote, as "our own personal dream team", yet he is just one man. We refer him to anyone we know that needs an attorney. He also represented my father in a custody dispute, and won....He is not just our attorney, he is family! Our girls even sent him invitations to their high school graduations((11 and 13 years later).... for they know their stories would be much different without him!

I recommend that you go to the courthouse in Metro Atlanta - Dekalb County, Fulton County, Henry County,.... and pull some of his cases. You will see that my case was withdrawn twice and after he was fired/'quit' he still represented me (without my knowledge) in a mediation. The other lawyers call...ed the mediation in response to my case being dismissed (twice) and they wanted to be compensated for their time. I found out months after it took place by going to the court house and reviewing my own court case.
