A couple of years ago, I found myself caught in a conflict between a major university hospital system and a nationwide medical insurance company. The conflict was focused on my account for which neither party claimed responsibility and for which I certainly did not have the resources. I exhausted every means that I could find to try to bring resolution to the matter. Then a friend referred me to Kris Alderman. From that point forward, I felt I had an advocate who was truly on my side. He dealt with all the phone calls, email contacts, and negotiations for me. I was relieved of the tremendous stress I had been carrying. Kris clearly demonstrated a high level of competency as an attorney. However, he also offered the gift of care for me as a person. For both his excellent skill and genuine compassion, I remain indeed grateful to this day. I would recommend him in a heartbeat based upon my experience of his expertise and his respect for persons whom he serves.

Mr. Alderman handled my disability claim with skill & genuine care. He was prompt in returning my phone calls and answered all of my questions in an informative matter. I was very comfortable speaking with him & when my case had unnecessary mistakes or delays he handled them all promptly. I felt like he actually cared about me as a person rather than just a client. I would recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Alderman helped me win a case in which Humana refused to pay a claim to my medical provider. He was able to find, in the small print of the law, information which directly compelled Humana to pay my bill, because I am on Medicare, which they had approved prior to the treatment, then refused to pay afterwards. He was straight with me all along, explained things I certainly didn't understand and resolved this issue which I could never have done without his help.
