Mr. Alderman helped me win a case in which Humana refused to pay a claim to my medical provider. He was able to find, in the small print of the law, information which directly compelled Humana to pay my bill, because I am on Medicare, which they had approved prior to the treatment, then refused to p...ay afterwards. He was straight with me all along, explained things I certainly didn't understand and resolved this issue which I could never have done without his help.
