Grateful client for 10 years!
Allison has been an effective and powerful advocate for obtaining needed school supports for my daughter’s educational and safety needs. After my requests for support were repeatedly turned down by school officials, I hired Allison to help my daughter. Allison’s expert educational knowledge and prof...

Amazing Advocate
We used Allison for our son with an IEP. Allison was extremely professional and knowledgeable about my son's diagnosis and what services he should be receiving. She fought for our son and our family to make sure my son was a successful as possible. Would hire her again in a minute.

This lady is a fraud.
This lady charged me over 1,900$ and went to one IEP meeting. On top of that the IEP was a zoom she’s owes me really all my money back but she says I have 735$ left and I haven’t received it yet by mail. It’s been going on a week.if I don’t get my money back I’m calling the state bar.smh
I'm sorry that you failed to understand the concept of an hourly rate, which is a very common and acceptable way for private attorneys to bill for their services. It was discussed with you on the phone, as well as reflected in the retainer agreement that you signed. And in fact, the amount of time I put into your case far exceeded the fees that I charged and rightfully earned. I only regret that you did not allow me to complete what I started, which I offered to do once I became aware that you misunderstood the fee agreement, offered at a fraction of the rate you had agreed upon. As far as returning your balance on retainer, unfortunately, I have no control over the US mail. It has been less than 5 days since it was likely picked up from the mailbox -- I'm sure it will arrive before long. Best of luck to you and your child!

Honest, Straightforward and Professional
We’ve had Allison by our side at our IEP meetings for the past four years. She is a tremendous asset for our family. She brings a professional and friendly tone to the table and looks through data thoroughly. While she has a friendly demeanor, she is not afraid to play hardball and demand answers on ...

We hired Allison to represent my daughter in elementary school. Allison has an excellent working relationship with the schools and can peacefully get things done. She is also extremely knowledgeable about the specifics of the test scores on neuropsychological and psych-ed testing. Allison can revi...
