My child's middle school tried to block my child's access to a 504 Plan even after we had a comprehensive Psycho-Educational exam and report showing he was profoundly ADHD and only needed simple accommodations. Thanks to Ms. Vroliijk's knowledge of the law, my child's rights, and the education issues..., the school granted the 504 and knowing we had an attorney, the 504 Plan is implemented and improvements have been suggested. Allison met with my husband, my child and me, then secured a retainer, met with us again, attended the 504 meeting at the school, reviewed the plan and had many phone and email conversations with us.
