Michael John Ivan

Unfortunately, I had a large multiple felony case against me in Cobb County regarding prescription forgery. I was looking at SERIOUS prison time and the prosecutor was NOT going to budge on her plea. We ended up taking it to a bench trial, where I received significantly LESS prison time and consequences. I would highly recommend him for his knowledge of defensive criminal law and professionalism. Michael represented me over the summer for very serious felony charges. He keep me informed about my case and charged a price that was thousands less than other attorneys had quoted me.
