Biography
Max made the switch to the plaintiff's bar after a pair of federal clerkships and a few years at a large Atlanta defense firm. Now, after a few years of a plaintiff's-side appellate and critical motions practice, Max recently joined forces with Drew Ashby and Seth Lowry to form Ashby Thelen & Lowry, LLC, and bring a strategic, appellate-conscious approach to catastrophic injury trial practice. Max has a passion for planning creative solutions to both obtain justice for his clients and incentivize industry changes that prevent tragedies from recurring.
