Your personal Atlanta estate-planning attorney. Named a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers. 404-795-7003
Jim Fletcher is an estate planning attorney, helping Georgia families as their "Lifetime Family Lawyer' to plan for an uncertain future, and stay in place as a trusted advisor to keep the plan current and address other legal concerns as they arise.
Jim also helps clients when they need help with probate court (including wills), and also assists real estate investors with clearing title to tax deeds, situations with deceased owners, and more.
Recognizing his 12 years of expertise and experience, Jim was named to the Super Lawyers list for 2020. This list is limited to the top 5% of attorneys in each state. Prior to that, Jim was named a “Rising Star” for six straight years.
He is a frequently-requested speaker for Georgia continuing legal education seminars, and founded the Kids Protection Center as an organization that provides parents and families with resources and information to help keep our children safe.
He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law where he was Executive Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and Justice/President of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Kennesaw State University.
Jim is continuously updating his education in estate planning law through Wealthcounsel and ICLE courses.
