I can’t say enough about Parisa & her staff. I started out with one lawyer and it was not good at all. Hired Parisa and she got more done in one day than the other lawyer did in 3 week. Parisa cares about her clients and makes sure she has your best interest at heart. Not only did Parisa take care o...f me but she also helped my ex husband due to his lawyers not doing their job. Parisa took time out of her own weekend to make sure things were handled when they needed to be handled. Divorce can be hard, stressful and devastating especially if you don’t have the best lawyer to help get you through it. Parisa is hands down the best lawyer to have. I will recommend everyone I know family or friends to only use Parisa!!!!

After 11 years of fighting to protect my son, I was referred to The Herrin Law Firm. The question I called and asked a friend at another VERY reputable firm, ‘Who do you all hate to go up against in court? What attorney can and has kicked your tail?’ The answer- ‘call Persia Herrin!’ I then read... prior clients review before calling Parisa that referred to her as the David that took down Goliath,, and that’s exactly what I desperately needed also. It was the confirmation that I needed! From the minute that Parisa personally returned my call, and once I walked into their friendly office, I knew that I was exactly where I was supposed to be. Parisa and Carol jumped in with only days to prepare for a complicated emergency hearing, and they were able to organize , prepare, and represent me and my son as if they’d been involved from the beginning. Parisa’s ability to recall facts, dates, and details made all of the difference. The tricks of the opposing side didn’t throw Parisa for a second. She quickly recognized the incorrect dates, addresses, etc., that were being testified to, and shut it down with truth and facts. Parisa can and did actually recall the details better than me, and I’ve lived it- for 11 YEARS!! I can definitely say that Parissa, and her team, are the BEST, and you can be confident should you have the need to work with them, that you are walking in with a warrior who can stand her ground, and take down any Goliath (bully) that comes at you. For years I’ve had to deal with a person(s) who has played games with the legal process that’s jeopardized my son’s safety, and caused an unbelievable amount of wasted time, energy and finances. After close to a dozen hearings, no other attorney has been able to nail down exact residence/jurisdiction of this person until Parisa!! Now, finally, we can move forward, my son is safe, and hope has returned for an end to this exhausting battle. I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with The Herrin Law Firm. As we entered court, it was clear that Parisa’s colleagues also have huge respect for her, as other Attorneys and Advocates made their way to welcome her into the courtroom. Parisa and her staff are TOP NOTCH! From the initial meeting, I knew I was making the right choice with her firm. She asked questions, gave answers, offered advice and sent me away confident about where we were headed. Not only was she my attorney but she was also the most incredible advocate for my... children. They trusted her as if she were family. Family law cases are never easy but with Parisa, everything with off without a hitch. 5 stars doesn’t even come close.

We hired Parisa Herrin to handle a very sensitive and complicated divorce/custody case. She came highly recommended and I've always adhered to that old adage "You get what you pay for". Well not in this case. After 12 thousand dollars in and a mediation that she may as well not even showed up for, ...we kept writing those checks thinking that she would actually do something. We finally let her go and hired another attorney and when we picked up our file we found out that she didn't request all the documents needed for the case and she did not file proper paperwork that resulted in us losing our first round in court. The Judge actually said "thank your previous attorney for this outcome". I am not sure why she didn't do anything in our case but I would definitely not recommend her to anyone.

After working with Parisa Herrin I wouldn't dare work with any other attorney! I was so impressed with her attention to detail and go get 'em attitude! She literally fought a battle I didn't have the energy to fight any longer. She remembered all the important details needed for court, even the sm...all one I had forgotten. She remembered it all. She was always easy to get a hold of and easy to talk to. The outcome was exactly what I asked and even more! She goes for it all! Parisa does not disappoint, I can promise you that!
