Defendant In contested divorce

Mr. Kidd represented me in my divorce which lasted approximately 2 years. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. His services were worth every penny I spent. I highly recommend him and his staff! I never had to worry, he had my back the entire time!

(Review) Daryl L. Kidd

I did hire Lawyer Kidd for my divorce case, and was very pleased with how he handled it. He and his staff were there for me to answer all of my questions and concerns both in and out of the courtroom. I would highly recommend him, and I will use him in the future if the need arrives.

Worst Experience Ever!

Would NOT recommend this lawyer at all! I fired him from my divorce case. He became angry about it and decided to back charge me erroneous charges. He and his assistant, Haley Ray, were NEVER prepared for any of the meetings we encountered with my ex-husband and his lawyer, not even our mediation! ...Which cost $1650!!! Not only were they never prepared I, the client, was the one constantly presenting them with information that I was paying them to obtain! Once my divorce was almost finalized, he decided to put a lien on my house and charge me even more bogus charges. This man cheated me out of $11,458! Really more than that if you count all the work I did personally for my own case. RIDICULOUS! If anyone is considering using this lawyer, please reconsider at all cost. I will be more than happy to share all of my proof with you.

I respectfully disagree with this review. I am sorry you were not happy with our services, as our number one goal is to have satisfied clients. Due to the ethical rules of the State Bar of Georgia and the attorney/client privilege, I am prohibited from commenting on the specifics of any particular case. I will say that we would not be in business for over 42 years if we treated clients like this. We highly value all of our clients, and we are always willing to discuss charges that clients have questions or complaints about, as well as how we conduct the client’s case. Obviously, court cases can be stressful for anyone, and things don’t always go as a client might wish, but we do our best to help get clients through the process. I’m very happy that most of our clients are quite pleased with our services.

Cheated

He represented me in my divorce. He was constantly asking for money and more money with nothing in return. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.

We are sorry you were not happy with our services. We strive to see that all of our clients are satisfied, even in family law cases, where the parties can be under a lot of stress and may not always getting everything they want. Also, we encourage our clients to bring billing issues to our attention, so that we may address them. Due to the ethical rules of the State Bar Association and the attorney/client privilege, I am prohibited from commenting on the specifics of any particular case, especially in regard to an anonymous complaint.
