Daryl L. Kidd

I highly recommend Daryl Kidd. During my divorce, my first attorney quit in the middle of the case. She left me high and dry. Daryl stepped in and quickly got up to speed. Throughout my very difficult divorce, we worked “together” well. I stress “together” because it’s important to bond as a team.... There are no Perry Masons. There are no perfect attorneys. It’s important for the client to help the lawyer do his or her best to represent them. While no attorney worth his salt is cheap, my experience for Daryl was an excellent value. Subsequent to my divorce Daryl has continued to help me. During this period I have filed three contempt motions against my ex-wife. The two that have gone to trial we decided in my favor. The third motion will be heard sometime this summer. (I’m cautiously optimistic.) In each cases, Daryl helped me file the paperwork and strategize for the hearings. I could not be more pleased.

Mr. Kidd took over my divorce from a prior law firm when it had been lingering for 2 years. He finished it out and everything went off without a hitch and at minimal cost to me. After that I returned to him for a contempt issue and he resolved the matter without me having to return to Court at all.... And, even after that I returned again with an issue when my car was illegally towed. I hope that I will not have any other legal issues but if I do, I will be back again The staff are also very knowledgeable and helpful, and great at keeping you informed and in the know about your case. Mr. Kidd went to great lengths to make sure that everything in my case was in order, and that I understood the process and what was going on at all times. If he didn't know something, he let me know he would have to research and get back to me. I never got put into a voicemail or waited days for a return call. He definitely breaks the mold for attorneys and I can't speak highly enough about him.
