Worst Experience Ever!

Would NOT recommend this lawyer at all! I fired him from my divorce case. He became angry about it and decided to back charge me erroneous charges. He and his assistant, Haley Ray, were NEVER prepared for any of the meetings we encountered with my ex-husband and his lawyer, not even our mediation! ...Which cost $1650!!! Not only were they never prepared I, the client, was the one constantly presenting them with information that I was paying them to obtain! Once my divorce was almost finalized, he decided to put a lien on my house and charge me even more bogus charges. This man cheated me out of $11,458! Really more than that if you count all the work I did personally for my own case. RIDICULOUS! If anyone is considering using this lawyer, please reconsider at all cost. I will be more than happy to share all of my proof with you.

I respectfully disagree with this review. I am sorry you were not happy with our services, as our number one goal is to have satisfied clients. Due to the ethical rules of the State Bar of Georgia and the attorney/client privilege, I am prohibited from commenting on the specifics of any particular case. I will say that we would not be in business for over 42 years if we treated clients like this. We highly value all of our clients, and we are always willing to discuss charges that clients have questions or complaints about, as well as how we conduct the client’s case. Obviously, court cases can be stressful for anyone, and things don’t always go as a client might wish, but we do our best to help get clients through the process. I’m very happy that most of our clients are quite pleased with our services.

Disengaged

Poor response time; Did not answer all questions creating the need for additional dialogue resulting in additional charges; billed for paralegals time and attorney time for same communications

Filed wrong paper from the start

He filed 1 incorrect paper and it started a downhill spiral for our case . He wants nothing but money out family paid him over 20,000 and basically got nothing in return ! When we said we were going to bring him to the review board for unethical practices he threatend us and agreed to give 5 grand ba...ck which IF we took off the bad review . Unbelievable!

We are sorry you were not happy with our services, as we strive to see that all of our clients are satisfied. Also, we encourage our clients to bring billing issues to our attention, so that we may address them. I can say that I have never threatened any client or tried to pay someone not to write a review. Due to the ethical rules of the State Bar Association and the attorney/client privilege, I am prohibited from commenting on the specifics of any particular case, especially in regard to an anonymous complaint.

Cheated

He represented me in my divorce. He was constantly asking for money and more money with nothing in return. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.
