HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I highly recommend Daryl Kidd. During my divorce, my first attorney quit in the middle of the case. She left me high and dry. Daryl stepped in and quickly got up to speed. Throughout my very difficult divorce, we worked “together” well. I stress “together” because it’s important to bond as a team.... There are no Perry Masons. There are no perfect attorneys. It’s important for the client to help the lawyer do his or her best to represent them. While no attorney worth his salt is cheap, my experience for Daryl was an excellent value. Subsequent to my divorce Daryl has continued to help me. During this period I have filed three contempt motions against my ex-wife. The two that have gone to trial we decided in my favor. The third motion will be heard sometime this summer. (I’m cautiously optimistic.) In each cases, Daryl helped me file the paperwork and strategize for the hearings. I could not be more pleased.

Excellent Attorney

Hiring Daryl Kidd Law Firm is one of the best decisions I've ever made. Seeing my minor son as well as maintaining a good relationship with him was impeded by his mom. The moment I hired The Law Firm of Daryl Kidd, everything began to look up in my case. Right from the initial consultation, I knew he... knows what he's doing. He did not only fight for the restoration of my relationship with my son, he also fought to make sure my claim in attorney fees, travel expenses and lost wages was awarded. He sure knows his (legal) onions. Before I hired Mr. Kidd, I had a bad experience with another lawyer who couldn't figure a way forward. On two different occasions, my prior lawyer was not available in court and I had to call his office only to be informed that he had a conflict that he never communicated to me prior to court date. Daryl Kidd and his staff are super excellent with communication. Conflicts were communicated to me prior to court date. I was specifically impressed when they called me on a weekend to check how visitation/parenting time was going with my son the first time I had him after over two years. That shows me how passionate Daryl Kidd is about his clients. He is one great attorney who pays attention to small details without losing sight of the big picture. I'm so satisfied with his performance so much that I decided to use the firm again for the modification of my son's custody.
