Unprofessional At Its Best
Very unprofessional. Would never recommend. After taking a lesser charge that we had agreed on, a new plea was offered. I refused it because it was a harsher sentence. I was called a "dumbass" once to just myself; twice during the hearing; I was also called an idiot in front of him because he didn't...
This felon never retained me. I must have been appointed by his Judge prior to his felony probation violation matter being heard by the Judge. He refused to listen to my advice and counsel. He was sent back to jail and likely prison. I had presented much better options to him prior to his going before his sentencing Judge to be punished for his numerous violations. He made an error of judgment in underestimating the value of my advice and counsel of 33 years practicing before the Superior Court of Cobb County. His poor lifestyle choices are what did him in, but he can't own the consequences of making poor choices. His review is blame shifting at best. I would not recommend anyone to believe this serious felon on any topic.
