It’s so easy to become overwhelmed and emotionally exhausted during such a difficult time. He was my sounding board.. my lawyer.. my confidant. Clarence, along with his amazing team.. walked this journey with me ... every step of the way. Always, comforting me... reassuring me... and just letting me cry sometimes, honestly. Because, some days, that’s all I could do. He spent a lot of time making sure I was, “ok”... mentally, physically and emotionally. Without a doubt.. I knew , he was always there. No, matter the situation, or time of day. I could always pick up the phone and call him. I consider him to be a pivotal part of not only closing my divorce brilliantly , but helping me to start over...obtain a new outlook on life .. and, push me to continue on my newest journey..with hope, and peace !!! When I first consulted with Clarence, he asked me the very same question I'd been constantly asking myself about my spouse. Paired with his insight as a psychologist, I knew I'd found the attorney that understood what I needed. When I finally met him in person, he was warm and friendly, and very disa...rming! But when he told me how he intended to fight for my needs, I knew he meant it. Throughout this divorce process, Clarence has been extremely communicative and informative. There's never too many questions for Clarence! He is also completely honest - no sugar-coating, no lies, and nothing to hide! I also received invoices which explained exactly how my retainer was being spent (down to the cent). Not only that, but the community I observed in his home office made me feel like I was part of a family, one that was working steadily around-the-clock to take care of my own family! We have just settled in mediation, with terms I am 100% pleased with! I can say that, while I am excited to come to the end of this journey, I have thoroughly enjoyed this process. I have known Clarence Taylor for 7 years. I received a referral from a neighbor when I was going through a divorce. After our first meeting, I knew we would work together fabulously! On many occasions, I became emotional over child support, alimony and custody issues but Clarence always kept me gr...ounded. I did not always like what he had to say, but I knew he was straightforward, honest and realistic about my situation and would never tell me something that he did not truly believe. He not only showed concern, he was very compassionate about my case and made me feel that it was his personal mission to achieve a successful end result! After 4 unsuccessful attempts at mediation, we settled days before going to court. Clarence never backed down and the settlement was not only fair, but better than we had discussed in mediation. Since my divorce, I have had to retain Clarence on two more occasions as my ex-husband and I ended up back in court. Each time was involving child support issues and each time I was extremely happy with the outcome!
