Biography
Rod Martin has almost 30 years of experience in Federal and State courts, and handles bankruptcy, debt settlement and tax matters. Prior to focusing his practice on debt relief, he practiced family law, wills and estates, and related legal matters which gives him a broad range of knowledge in how to protect assets. Rod holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin and a JD from Georgia State University College of Law. He is also an Instructor in Bankruptcy Law in the Paralegal program at Kennesaw State University.
