Patricia Gabrielle Abbott

Not knowing anything about the law I trusted Attorney Abbott to make the right decisions for me or at least counsel me on which decisions were better but instead I got an inexperienced lawyer that showed up more than an hour and 30 minutes late to a court date she knew about weeks in advance. During ...negotiations the prosecutor offered a plea deal and when I asked her what she thought I should do, she just shrugged “I don’t know, it’s up to you”. After having another attorney look over my case I’m now having to go back to the judge to fix a mistake I paid over a thousand dollars to Abbott to take care of. I trusted this lawyer blindly. Don’t make the same mistake, there are so many other/better and cheaper options for legal counsel.

It's been a couple months now and I am still in awe , you may be reading this and not be a believer and that's ok ,if you don't believe , believe that I believe and I believe God used Patricia Abbott and her confidence in doing what is right (passion for law and justice) to walk me through one of th...e most trying times I have been through in the past 25 years. Also believe that Patricia Abbott will fight for you and that her commitment to the law and justice goes beyond what most modern lawyers operate by .In my experience ( I do work around and in the legal field as well ) ,most lawyers are moved by the $$ dollar amount or notoriety they receive for each case . NOT Patricia Abbott ! From the moment I walked into her office I could tell she cared about my case and could see through to the heart of the matter. Working in the legal field I had a list of Marietta's premier criminal defense attorneys and Patricia Abbott was for some reason not on that list .However she should be on top of that list because I believe she has the attitude and spirit that every lawyer should or should at least strive to have . She CARED ! Let me confess that I am a worrier and do not do well with things hanging over my head and I can't tell you how many times in the 5 months I waited to go to court that I called or went by to talk to Patricia , that she could of lost patience with me but what can I say . Patricia never once lost faith or patience in our case and even though we did end up having to go all the way through with a jury trial , she stayed the course and WE WON !! Although I may never find a way to express in words or deed just how much it meant to me to have good representation in my case I thought I could maybe at least write a few words of gratitude in hopes that if you are reading this and looking for a lawyer that cares and will fight the good fight for and with you , then look no further Patricia Abbott deserves every good mark and recomendation I could ever give her. She is a GREAT LAWYER , yes , but more than that I would say Patricia is one of God's silent warriors and leaders .I was reminded yesterday by a prominent Marietta attorney (in fact the first attorney I called ) that even though I was innocent and found not guilty on all charges ,that we were facing the State and two city attorneys , he even said he thought a lot of me and believed my side but thought the cards were stacked against us . Well , with Patricia's confidence and God's grace , we cut through that day in court like a hot knife through butter . Thank you for everything Patricia , this falls short of showing you the gratitude for that long day in court in March of 2015 but I wanted others to know how much you did for us , it saved my business and reputation !!Blessings to you always ! Patricia Abbott is the best attorney i have ever had the pleasure of being represented by. she knows the law and works hard to give her clients the best representation and advice. Mrs. Abbott doesn't give false hopes. I was facing a prison sentence for multiple charges some of which i was guilty an...d another in which i was not guilty. I have never been in trouble with the legal system before. I researched many Attorneys before I found one that could actually explain the charges against me. She was upfront, honest and sincere. I also liked her payment method. I was not over charged. She worked extremely hard on preparing my c...ase. I was always informed of the strategy she was using. Her integrity combined with her excellent skills made it easier for me to sleep at night. I watched her actions and her defense of my case. I was overjoyed with the outcome. I would hire her again, without looking for another person to represent me. I hope that I never have to use an attorney again but Miss Abbott was the best. I am so thankful for her and how she represented me.
