Not knowing anything about the law I trusted Attorney Abbott to make the right decisions for me or at least counsel me on which decisions were better but instead I got an inexperienced lawyer that showed up more than an hour and 30 minutes late to a court date she knew about weeks in advance. During ...negotiations the prosecutor offered a plea deal and when I asked her what she thought I should do, she just shrugged “I don’t know, it’s up to you”. After having another attorney look over my case I’m now having to go back to the judge to fix a mistake I paid over a thousand dollars to Abbott to take care of. I trusted this lawyer blindly. Don’t make the same mistake, there are so many other/better and cheaper options for legal counsel.

I just went through a very difficult experience and was so fortunate to have chosen Patricia Abbot as my attorney. She is very diligent, knowledgeable, honest, and knows her way around the Cobb County Court system, which was extremely helpful. I wouldn’t have been able to navigate this process with...out her. Not only is Ms. Abbott a great attorney regarding the legal aspects, she was kind, caring, and thoughtful regarding my situation. She explained everything to me from the day I hired her in a way I was able to understand and always responded promptly to any questions I had along the way. Additionally, I was not an easy client, as I was scared and anxious, but she was always kind and respectful, regardless of my many emails and calls to her during this process. Ms. Abbott was also able to direct me to get some things done pertinent to my case prior to my court date, which I believe greatly reduced the length of time of my case and kept it from being dragged out longer than necessary. My case was dismissed shortly (weeks) after my court date, thanks to Ms. Abbott’s diligence and guidance throughout this process. Again, I don’t know how I would have been able to navigate this process so successfully and efficiently without Ms. Abbott. Additionally, the cost is very reasonable and is worth every penny for the high quality service she provides. I highly recommend Patricia Abbott and can’t thank her enough for all of her help in getting my case resolved!

I will have to say when it came to hiring an attorney, Ms. Abbott was a very great choice, she was very detailed in making sure as a client you understood what was happening with the case. There was some bumps in the road with my case but she made sure those bumps was paved and there was smooth ride ...ahead with the case, so with that being said I would and have recommended her as an attorney to anyone that needs a good defense.

I had interviewed 8 other Lawyers before I met Ms. Abbott. I liked her the best and after speaking with her in person, felt like she was the right fit. She fought hard for me and kept me in the loop the entire time. I will highly recommend her to anyone. Hired her and did not start to get feedback from her until a couple of days before court date. She never stood up to the DA to get time decreased. She showed no aggression when pleading the case to both the judge and DA. I felt like her, the DA, and the judge were working together. A total waste of m...y money and time and I DO NOT RECOMMEND Attorney Patricia Abbott for any kind of case in Cobb county or any other judicial system.
