Attorney Sam Nash was able to get my daughter’s ticket reduced to a basic rules violation. He made the whole process so easy for me and handles everything and keeps you in the loop on updates. Attorney Nash and law firm did a thorough job with my traffic citation of holding phone device. I responded to letter from firm in mail and called office and less than 24hrs of contacting Attorney Nash law offices, I spoke with him myself. He was personable and explained that he could get the citatio...n dismissed, especially with being first offense and he did just that!! I would highly recommend Mr. Nash and his firm. I had received a ticket for an accident that was my fault. Mr. Nash solicited me by mail , I called and spoke directly with him on the phone and he said that he could get it reduced down to a non moving violation with paying a $300 fine and a copy of th...e bill where I had paid to repair the other vehicle. I always say I'm going to drive slower... and then I zone out and at that moment when I'm accidentally going too fast is when I seem to get ticketed... and mr.Nash has helped me with both of them that would be my 3rd speeder... im not proud of it haha. Theyre not anywhere to be seen on my driving rec...ord and my insurance hasn't gone up. He's very efficient and if there is any issues on their part in the process the staff own up to it and are very helpful in getting it resolved quickly. They were also very good at calling me to remind me of important due dates etc if I haven't gotten something in within a reasonable time. as a person that's prone to forgetfulness that was very helpful.
