The matter progressed consistent with his original outline; the charge was reduced conditional upon completion o...f a 1-day defensive driver course. The matter was closed on a second court date, at which he presented my certificate of completion. Mr. Nash's representation was professional and exceeded my expectations. I reached out to Sam after I received two traffic citations from an accident I had while merging 285. I had a clean record and was extremely worried this would make my insurance rates go up not to mention the cost of the tickets. Plus the stress/anxiety I was having from this was terrible. Sam assure...d me he would do his best to get the citations reduced- which he did- they were reduced to a basic rules violation and will not show up on my record. Sam’s fee was very reasonable and he truly knows the court system and how to best represent you. I didn’t even have to appear in court which was great.
