Melvin Samuel Nash II

I received 2 citations (failure to far enough(?) behind the balk line and turn signal). I had reached out to another lawyer as I wanted these citations removed but didn't hear back. I received Mr. Nash's letter in the mail and decided to reach out for a consultation. I typically ignore this type of a...dvertisement but wanted to hear my options. He was very responsive and thorough on the next steps so I hired him on the call. He managed to remove both of the citations off my "record" and I had to pay a fine ($250). The balk line was removed but I believe I had to pay the $250 for the second citation. I didn't want these citations to affect my insurance and it would have given me points on my license. I'm really happy with all of the communication and the results.

Recently I received a traffic citation in Georgia for improper lane use. If convicted, this would appear on my driving record. Mr. Nash was able to get the charge reduced to a non reportable violation that would not appear on my driving record. I would definitely use his services again should the ne...ed arise.
